It's got some age. But I was able to play vanilla no problem, but don't see it being able to play remastered.

Though all mods reliant on SKSE will take a long time to show up... if they ever do (thinking SkyUI... among MANY others)

Reasoning HERE

How do you remaster an empty engine which needs hundreds of mods? Ah, yes, just re-release the engine with "enhanced", worked for beamdog.
There's a bit too much remastering going on at the moment if you ask me... why not let "old" classics be "old" classics and do a sequel or a spin-off or whatever? Skysim City anyone?
Can't believe I still haven't played Skyrim. Tried oblivion and morrowind a couple of times, but I always get bored / annoyed with the leveling system after a while

cause why create whole new game if you can spruce the old one up a bit and sell it for moar money ?
when i played oblivion there was a reference in it about the next game - about skyrim. and when i play skyrim, right from the beginning that thief says he could've been half way to "hammerfell". maybe next TES should just be hammerfell and not skyrim 2

There's credible evidence been uncovered that the next TES game will take place in Valenwood, however that's unconfirmed. The information was taken from dissecting Fallout 4 files that contained information in them, and a leaked Bethesda memo to name a few things. I watched a video podcast that went into rather thorough breakdown of the information and the likelihood that it is probably accurate and it seemed rather convincing to me. Sadly, I don't have a link handy to share the video or other info, but I'm sure there's an increasing amount of info out there derived from it by now that's probably not hard to find.

I further speculate that the game will be seriously virtual-realityinated too, considering they're doing that with Fallout 4, and the next TES game will likely use the same engine or a tech boost on top of that.
What I take from those picture comparisons, they're just going to make everything a lot more blurry?

i don't care too much about tes. i played oblivion and all i had to do in 1-on-1 fights was block first attack then circle around enemy while hitting him from behind. and skyrim was bad too. i heard some people who said morrowind was great but i don't know why - i heard you can't even buy a house to store your items unless you use mods. reminds me when i was poor in oblivion, didn't have a house, and i had to deposit my stuff on a dead crab's body which disappeared if i didn't visit it often enough
