IAmSinistar: Given the GOG staff's recent switch to "GOGlin" as the apparent preferred nomenclature for GOG community members, the argument has been rekindled for what to call ourselves. These are the leading contenders:

GOGer (self-explanatory)
GOGlin (GOG + goblin)
GOGlodyte (GOG + troglodye)
GOGnard (GOG + grognard)
I'd have thought the the GOGlin reference was to gremlins… Or maybe GOG + Abigail Breslin.

Would GOGfm for "GOG forum members" be too logical? It would certainly be distinctive for when a person is posting about games in between the time of playing the games.

I'm torn between goglodyte and gognard. There has also been some very decent ideas thrown around. I still don't know what to vote for.

I like goglin the least but as plagren said I'm okay with most anything unless it's downright rude.

What about the staff? Are they the gogsent?
