Ok so....i purchased these games (TROPICO Bundle) which i wanted to send as a gift.

But i forgot to click the "send as a gift" option.

I sent a message to the GOG TEAM but i realized after that, that you are not able to purchase gifts with new accounts if you're using a Debit Card.

So what will happen now? I don't want to have the games!

Can you request a refund for the bundle? You should be able to since you didn't download any of the titles to begin with.
Contact support, and they'll change it into a code for you .

For starters, you can calm down. :P

Next, do NOT download any of the games, since you don't want them for yourself.

Finally, you should wait for the GOG team's response and they should either:
a) convert your games to a giftcode
b) refund you

Please send us a Support ticket via this link http://www.gog.com/support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/tropico_5 and just let Support know as clearly as possible what your intentions are so that they can help you as quickly as possible :)

If you have not tried downloading the games, I think that GOG support can refund/return the purchase. There might be a time-limit, like 24-48 hours from purchase, but I don't remember what it is.

EDIT: I was too slow...

Send them a support ticket, anyway. Ask them to either convert your purchase into a gift code or refund it entirely.
As long as you haven't tried to download any of the games, you're eligible to return them within 30 days, no questions asked.

Sometimes GOG support team remove the games from your library and changes them with a gift. But that's because they are nice.

You can certainly go through "my orders and payments" I was just trying to keep things specific to one game but that's just me :P

I think that would be more relevant for him. After all, his problem is not related to that specific game in any way, it could have been any game he'd bought like that and he'd have the same problem.
