HeartsAndRainbows: Maybe try "Nostalgic person..." You don't have to be old in order to enjoy "old" video games. Also there's more than one variant of crotch region available for people who enjoy video games or nostalgic people.
Yes of course... on the individual level this is all true... But what would an algorithm assume? I think statistically the vast majority of people playing real oldies is male and older (40 to 60). The algorithms parsing and analysing profiles don't have to get every individual right. So even if you are a teenage girl loving old games for some reason, you will be bombarded with ads for wigs, motor tools and "wood hardeners".

HeartsAndRainbows: If you can tolerate NCSoft, you might want to give WildStar a shot. While the housing system in that game could use some work, it's the best I've seen in a free game to this day. You get housing available on a relatively low level. Spend your first batch of Omni Coins (or whatever they're called now) on more sale/buy slots in the auction house and make your money for shiny ornaments that way. No need for grinding. Just get a feeling for your server's auction house and enjoy building a TARDIS out of room dividers and a shrunken lamp. ;)
