That there seems to be a double standard, where someone can make a request for Christian-friendly games and not have it disrupted, but when I make a topic asking for games with LGBTQ characters, there are people who argue against the topic's existence.

Edit: Also, the feeling of how frightening it must have been for those ordered to shelter in place during a recent terrorist attack. (Won't go into more details on this because of the "no politics unrelated to video games' rule.)

Unlessl the world becomes like "The Stand"(film) somehow I wouldn't worry about it too much....just make sure to do things like wear a mask, wash your hands, etc and you should be fine.

didnt the asker only want games acceptable by christians ? and had no requests that games need chrisians main champs shown only shown positively and the makers have to be christians too

From what i've heard: unless you live in a rural area or near one of the handful of near full capacity hospitals in urban areas, you should be able to see someone if need be.

Still, I pray none of us ever needs such attention(covid or otherwise).

Maybe (in general)... people that don't care for religion are less likely to make a stink about it online than people that don't care for gender related subjects?
In many countries/societies, religion has been discussed to death while gender-related subjects are relatively newer.
I'm not saying that it's all-ok (far from it), or that you should like it.

I still can't relate to you being so specific about the games you play. To me, it feels like: "recommend me a game wherein many NPCs wear green pants and like eating pizza". (go ahead, judge my analogies! :-P )

You could always try a forum that has fewer sad pathetic basement dwellers who have nothing better to do than criticize stuff that has literally nothing to do with them.

That I live far away from my friends, and all my friends are gone rn because they are hanging out with there girl friends and I am all alone.

Fortunately, the same precautions that work against the original virus should still work against the new variant.
* As always, stay home as much as possible and wear a mask if you have to go out.
* If you are offered the vaccine, take it. Scientists believe the vaccine will be effective against the new strain, and one of the vaccine companies have stated that if it isn't (or if another strain comes along that can evade the vaccine), it would only take around 6 weeks for them to make a new version effective against the new strain.
