It makes me sad that, in this very thread, somebody has essentially made the claim that trans women aren't women.

Trans women are women just as much as cis women are, and it is generally none of your business whether a person you meet was born with a male body or a female body.

Also, it makes me sad that the men on the US Supreme Court are (at least temporarily) denying a trans boy the right to use the boy's bathroom at school.

I don't understand why we need gender-based bathrooms in the first place. What are we, animals? We can't be trusted to be in a room with a member of the opposite sex for fear of....what exactly? Robbery? Murder? Rape? Those things happen because of a criminal mind, not because of a bathroom.

Why do such a loud minority (read: ignorant bigots) think people can't just be civilized, go in, and take a squirt or drop a deuce in peace, regardless of their gender and/or orientation?

I'm angry that Microsoft Corporation saw fit to uninstall CCleaner after doing a LONG update today. I couldn't find the icon and folder. Was that the Anniversary Update I read about?

The update installed more worthless shitty apps. Apps that cannot be uninstalled. Rewrote once AGAIN my firewall and "privacy" rules. Fuck you, Microsoft.

Nope, that doesn't work. There are men with XX chromosomes and women with XY chromosomes. There are also people with other combinations of chromosomes like XXY, XYY, and even a single X chromosome. (Consider situations like complete androgen insensitivity syndrome in which a XY person's body fails to respond to testosterone, resulting in said person appearing and (usually) identifying as a woman.)
