Okay just an idea for a topic, the title pretty much sums it up. Doesn't really matter if the happy thing happened to you today, yesterday or last week, if you have something to share just go ahead. :)
I guess I'll start with something... well yesterday I found the Unreal Anthology box and a Tomb Raider box (includes the first 6 games) by chance for a relatively cheap price so I absolutely had to buy them, that made me pretty happy. I also got my order of Gears of War, Mirror's Edge and Alien/Predator Total Destruction box (8 movie boxet) today, was already looking forward to the delivery. The movie boxet is an especially nice addition to my DVD collection. Now I'll just wait till Blu-ray takes over so I'll have to buy every movie again... dammit!
Oh well such nerdy things to be happy about, but why should I care. Guess it's your turn to share the happiness then. :P

My wife calling me at work made me smile. There was a gas explosion somewhere in the city and she just wanted to make sure I was... you know, alive. Awww! She cares!

Well, someone just scored a pretty rad goal in a football match I'm watching. For the right team, too. It... it isn't a very exciting day.

We adopted a dog last month, some kind of pit bull, possibly a mix with some boxer blood, and she has turned out to be fantastic. A very sweet dog, goofy as hell, very fit, very good manners, good around kids and other animals. Could not be happier with her.

I had fish and chips for tea. And some mushy peas. Which was nice.

I just remembered to check out this week's Essential Mix. And just like last week's, it is rad as hell.

I signed a new contract at work earning me a fairly hefty raise compared to last year.

I got to stay home from school since my mother needed someone to collect a check for her for her eye surgery while she went to work in a different city, finally finished a puzzle on Runescape (Don't ask.), and fixed the error that caused me my blue screens. Oh, and fixed up my mom's computer since she had programs that are about 3 years old.

My hunter's guild on the RP server where I play WoW is celebrating its fifth anniversary this week. We had a storytelling last night in Thunder Bluff by the pond. The stories were all good, the RP-griefers weren't too bad, and at the end I fired off a bag full of fireworks. It was a lot of fun.
And that's a cute dog, HereForTheBeer.

Everything great again with my girlfriend, after yesterday's argue :) I can't be happier :)

I've been off of school for 10 days out of the last 11 because of a combination of student holidays and a colossal snowstorm. I'm probably gonna be off through the rest of the week too.
