My flight stick is due to arrive any minute. Now I can go from beyond sucking at WC to just generally sucking at WC. XD

I need to dig thru storage and find my old sticks. I've been jonesing to stink at WC too.
I'm sure you posted this elsewhere, but which stick did you end up ordering?

And a review would be awesome. ; )

Took Kancer Kitty in to the vet today. I figured a follow-up to his surgery wouldn't be a bad idea, and he also has some skin irritation going on around his ears and stomach. Having had a big tumor removed a few months back, that's always in the back of our minds as a recurring thing, but the vet said it's likely just an allergic reaction to... something. We're going to try food, first, and also some steroids to help with the irritation. Hopefully that does the trick because the alternative - more cancer garbage - is not something I want him to deal with on a regular basis.

But they said the cancer removal site looked good and they so far can't feel any tumors coming back, so I'm pleased to hear that.
I found my volt pen/torch I lost last week! Had to get a tester or meter out to check if things are live and i'm very lazy.
Got a second-hand bike for trips where I expect to leave the bike out in the open unobserved for extended periods of time. Properly taken care of, about as expensive as having a bike serviced would be, and even a bit fun to ride. Hope the wife likes it as well.

On the downside, I've already got a bike plus another one for work. The yard's getting a bit crowded.

I'll keep your kitty in my prayers! Animals touch my heart like no other. :')
Keep us posted!
http://www.gog.com/game/divinity_original_sin being released made me happy today :)
Well, turns out my cavity wasn't as bad as expected, so it can probably just be filled and that's that.

On the other hand, the tooth in front of it seems to have a dying nerve, so it's either take it out or get a root canal and crown. Since I'm not made of money, it'll have to be the first option. No, this did not make me happy, but it's tied to the first entry. :-)
My best friend gets his leg amputated next week (after a long and ugly battle with it after he was assaulted by a "flying bint").
Obviously, for any reason of having the operation, it is quite serious.in this case, VERY serious (the prior injury he had, had never been seen before, and the maverick surgery he recieved to rebuild it - amazing as it was - did not work out long term).
Why does this make me happy? - Because he is, he has mental equilibrium for the first time in years, and will (with the aid of his prosthesis) be able to enjoy life more than he has in that time, and start feeling "normal" again.
As corny as it seems, reading this thread and seeing some awesome stuff happening in people's lives.

Also the fact that King of Dragon Pass is just as much fun as I had hoped.
A daytrip with my colleagues was the last invovlvement with work before the summer stop and now the vacation period has really begun! Starting with a glass of juice with ice cubes at the terrace in my garden. Finally the bustle of life can slow to a crawl for six weeks!
The donkeys love the soccer ball I got them! :D

Man this is way more exciting than the World Cup.
My wife should be coming home in a few minutes.

Hopefully, with a lot less crying.
Yesterday it was about 45min of sex and today it's just having a bit of a holiday from my workshop now and going to my music session again in about an hour. :) Right now it's just a popsicle. :D
