It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

chevkoch: Have you updated to the current FF 52.0 then? For me the difference in font clarity was very obvious. But maybe that's dependent on what OS you're using too.
avatar
DubConqueror: Yes, it says 'Firefox 52.0 (32-bit) Firefox is up-to-date'. My OS is Windows 10 Home Edition.

*edit: maybe it's because I'm running the Classic Theme Restorer add-on?

And it may be because I'm looking at it critically now, but my font seems a bit blurry as well, it's just that the supposed solution seems already in place yet still it looks blurry.
The mentioned support article briefly talks about CTR too; seems that's why these lines in about:config are already set at the pre-52.0 values for you. Apart from that solution which helped me, if your font still looks fuzzy, I remember seeing these two general suggestions when it comes to this issue:

1) You could check if this line is set to true: gfx.font_rendering.cleartype.use_for_downloadable_fonts
2) Try to see if turning hardware acceleration off in Options/Advanced does anything noticeable.

:-)
I listened to some tunes.
Later I also had some chips, so I am satisfied.
It was raining for 2 days straight and ground was slippery like hell. I went outside to feed my cats and dogs, until i got a nasty slide and a dangerous fall on hard substance floor... Your average John would have at least one rib broken, hit head or have serious injury needing hospital visit, in general.

Well, bless my master from the gym that they drove me out, a long time ago (and i continued training solo). 8th grade Taihenjutsu really saved my day. Poor fools had to believe all the crap they hear from others... And i always thought that dignified martial art masters, could have a better insight into personalities, characters and charisma of their disciples... At least before leaving, i learnt from them well. Oh, well...

Seems it's just a problem with my eyesight, LOL. If I use Ctrl + to zoom in on the forumpage, the letters are sharp as hell. If the font was blurry, it should have been more visible when zooming. My old eyes seeing less sharp even with glasses. Sigh.

I am never sure what Fairfox is saying, don't worry, nothing wrong with your understanding. She's a liekable person, just talks weird (or should I say wierd?).

Can you do wax on and wax off with either hand?

I see :) And I know what you mean, it's been strange to see how eyesight changes and the way you cope with it in daily life.

My eyesight isn't changing; my glasses are simply getting worse.

From wax "tricks", i can only do Mashoku. And partially, yogen. If you don't know what this is, you certainly don't expect me to analyze, now, do you? Especially since even google search doesn't yield results...

Not every scrap of knowledge is being passed on to others. And some people, do take to their graves the most useful "tricks" and tools of any given trade, or art.

For avoiding dangerous falls, ground collisions and serious wounding, to remain on topic, just learn basic taihenjutsu techniques. You can find even upstart novices helping you learn that. 8th grade is actually the second, ranks are reversed.

You can't expect someone to know or be able to do every trick by the scroll (and not by the book), now, do you?

Even the old deceased master didn't inherit all styles and all.

:D

I can do both at the same time, I'm ambidextrous.

I'm also a master at penis up and penis down, although I only use one hand for this delicate procedure.
