No, but my cousin's husband works for a big maple farm on St. Joseph Island and I can get it from him discounted. Incidentally, he's the inventor of a new microcontroller based system that can detect downed or damaged sap lines and notify the farm operator of the location/tree so they can repair the otherwise costly problem. It's catching on around the world now with maple producers globally from what I understand.
We have a maple tree at my parent's house where I grew up but we never tried to tap it. Not sure you could get much of use out of a single tree. :)
