Had a talk with my ex girlfriend on the phone, who is a manically depressed type who is always in a fecking bad mood and hates her herself. Talking to some people is worse than chewing broken glass.

Then after I got off the phone I made a nice cold glass of rum and coke on the rocks and now I'm enjoying some music all by myself.
