I took my mom to the art museum today b/c there is a great impressionist exhibit going on and those are her favorites. To add to the fun, when we got there, the museum lady gave us free tickets saying that people before us had bought two extra tickets for them to give to the next people :) Yay! and they were expensive tickets.

We decided to pay it forwards by giving our waitress the money we would have paid for the tickets in addition to her normal tip. This was just a wonderful day. I know they will never read this, but thanks to those people who bought us our tickets! <3

Edit: and the exhibit was amazing and I found a new artist I really like named Emil Nolde. His painting, "Red Flowers" on loan from the thyssen museum was so beautiful. The brush strokes held such enthusiasm and zeal. Oh, i wish I had a few million lying around so I could buy it! ;)

Ditto!
It seems that you people, kinda.
I'm happy because somebody actually cooked for me today. And good, too! That never happens!

Rimmu: King Crimson is coming to Poland in September '16 to play a few shows. <3 The thought of seeing Fripp, Levin, Harrison & Co. live totally made my day. :D
:-O

Jealous now. Even if they'd make a stop in Holland, I can't afford the tickets because I'm a bum and need to get a damn job. :-)

Not anymore! Also, you have a dirty mind (and don't you ever lose it, because you have more fun this way. :-)).
Won KOTOR in a giveaway. That was pretty awesome.

Also scraped a ton of paint off my black leather shoes and shined em up real good. Just like new now.

Also if you have smelly shoes, tear a dryer sheet in half and put one up near the toe and one along the rest of the insole and leave it overnight.
The little one woke me up from a dream, which I normally don't like that much, but it was a visually beautiful dream, and I wouldn't have remembered it if I wasn't woken up.

In the dream I was walking in a desert and there were huge animals, looking somewhat like a cross between stone and rusted metal statues, with thin, somewhat rectangular, jointed limbs, and hooked to the ground with chains that came from their (bulging, ball-like) eyes.

I wish I was an artist and could draw that.
I found a magical throwing dagger than never runs out.
Well, trip to mountains last day was highly unexpected and it was fun even though there was no snow like i was expecting.
On days like today, when life feels pointless, I appreciate how video games can always lead my mind away from death.

HereForTheBeer: We adopted a dog last month, some kind of pit bull, possibly a mix with some boxer blood, and she has turned out to be fantastic. A very sweet dog, goofy as hell, very fit, very good manners, good around kids and other animals. Could not be happier with her.
Reading this post did.
