2. Received the clip-on for my glasses from the optometrist. They make it possible to see the computer screen without having to raise my head. If you wear bifocals and find using computers hard on your neck then ask your optometrists about them.

For a second time, a little bat found its way in my home! Poor, little faqer was hanging from the curtain, once again! Much smaller than the previous bat who graced my estate before, completely black this time instead of dark gray and clearly startled... When i grabbed it to pet it, it squirmed, bit me without wounding me and flew like crazy in my room. Until i caught it again, as soon as it grabbed on curtain again and hanged itself upside down.

This time i petted it without incidents, though.

Alas, i couldn't find it to my heart to turn the poor little beast into much coveted for me, TCM ingredients. I put it on my hand, walked outside and after handling it a little more, it flew away. Maybe i am gonna skip the bat related recipes.

My kid has had a fever for 9 days straight. Today, it seems to have lessened.

His kindergarten classmates decided he had interesting hair, and they took turns blowing in his face to watch it move. Poor kid must have absorbed every germ his class had to offer on his second day of school. Flippin' kindergarteners. No sense.

Hopefully, his immune system has veteran status now, complete with special bonuses.
