As a Linux user I need to use programs like PlayonLinux (well I don't need to but it makes it easier) Today I was trying to install Diablo 2 and the exp. So I downloaded the installers to use with PoL. Then something horrible happened. PoL couldn't connect. I tried everything from uninstalling it and reinstalling it to searching for a resolution to my problem. Nothing. So I gave up to play Morrowind for a while. Played Morrowind for like 2 hours.

I decided to come back to PoL to see if it ever connected. It didn't. So I decided to close it and restart. IT CONNECTED!
Long story short I got to install Diablo 2 and the expansion and my necromancer just went into act two. Nothing makes me happier than getting something to work and playing a nostalgic game.
Since its already September the first, i am going to join the gym again. Already started with a huge, crippling workout on my own, for starters, for appetizers.

No (fatwoman) (kick-boxer) one is going to catch me unawares. Time to assemble my chain weapon, too. Brass knuckles my ash. Now let's see who has a bigger, badder toy...

ScotchMonkey: Great mugs. Get them out of that dirty ass microwave.
It adds flavour! The microwave isn't dirty, it is seasoned! When you heat up a mug of water to a light boil in there and don't remove it when it beeps, steam condenses on the roof of the microwave and looses up some of the flavour, which in turn slowly drips back down into your drink, adding vitamins, nutrients and what I like to call micro-goo.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! MICRO-GOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:)
The non-stick coating on my frying pan has lasted three months, now.

That's easily a record in my household.

With a little experimentation, maybe you could make flavor stalactites.
It makes me happy that The Flash and Gotham are back on TV!

Ugh, Your microwave needs to be nuked from orbit.

Thats like the time I left some rotten garlic in the fridge and went to pour a glass of water from the filter jug and it tasted like rotten garlic.

Goo-d idea (do you see what I did there? <grin>), but I'd need a bigger microwave or the big mug would break off the flavour stalactites. ;oP

Naw, the microwave is well seasoned. Makes everything taste better. :)

I highly recommend putting an opened box of baking soda in the bottom shelf at the back of the fridge, it will absorb all the odours. Change it every 6-12 months and put the old stinky one under the sink to use for cleaning or other non-food uses.

I keep one on the top and bottom shelf. Works wonders. Also, the wife is no longer allowed to buy garlic from Chinatown.

Also 54 days nicotine and alchohol free. So I got that going for me which is nice.

Ooof, that stuff causes Alzheimers. Best to use stainless steal (or cast iron if you know how to get cast iron that is actually made of iron and not nickel and other harmful metals.)

It's been 3 years and about 10 years respectively for me.

It's worth it. Nice work.

I planted garlic in the window 2 days ago and one of them sprouted 1/4" above dirt today. That might be an option to consider too. :)

Congrats!
My shihan invited the whole class out! Maybe his treat, too! Yay! :D
Reading "I think some folks remember my earlier thread about an accidental purchase of The Witcher 3 with GOG DRM" on Steam Gifts was funny. The highlight of my day so far. :)
Damn my half assed training over the past 2 years! 3 out of seven days of the week was too weak! Now that i train alone daily, my muscles started pumping up noticeably... In only 3 days!?! Decided. Training daily, each and every day, not to miss a single one! What was i doing all this time, doggone it? Gym schedule my ass! Also, since i am close to the blackbelt material, if all goes well and i cover the techniques learning this month, next one i am joining a Muay Thai school, too. I don't feel safe when 1/3 of what i got to know is melee and thrown weapons (using them is out of the question), another 1/3 is rolls/backflips/etc which is also out of the question too (doing them on rough terrain can damage you even to the point of breaking bones) and what remains does not rely on personal strength, but speed, technique and maneuverability. Thailand boxing sparked my fancy. Am going to try that, next.
