If possible try to block 'the living daylights' out of them, most of the times the so called adds can mess up your computer. I block as many garbage as possible, cause i dont want to catch some nasty malware on my pc.

It seemed the dutch didnt check the people who advertised on their sites (typical dutch behaviour as long as the money is good they dont bother to check)

I have AdBlock on my PC's but I check my youtube account with my tablet which isn't ad-free.

So in general on my tablet with my account: when I watch some gaming-related videos, I have game trailers (well, that's logic). Then the second biggest category of ads I get are movie trailers/teasers in English or French/Dutch (two main languages in Belgium). Third category are Belgian ads (in French or Dutch). And sometimes, I get US-related (maybe because my youtube account is initially set on US to get English-speaking video suggestions) ads like for HostGator.

AdBlockPlus and NoScript say no.

Thanks to AdBlock Latitude, I only see ads that are part of the video itself and thus must likely ones that the video creator jave conciously chosen to include. This suits me just fine.
