I get a lot of adds for dog food but I do not have a dog. I do however subscribe to the vet ranch channel.

What kind of adds do you get on youtube? Are you a good target for them? Why do you think you get them?
Please no comment about no adds because you use a add blocker or because you do not use youtube.
Every so often I'll get a run of ads that are in Spanish or Chinese, despite me speaking neither.

What is this "ads" you speak of?

Advertisements.

I usually get car commercials, movie commercials, candle commercials, or commercials for hardware stores. Pretty much the same as TV.

Seeing as Youtube doesn't like my browser or using flash anymore (so I disabled it), I downloading the videos using SaveDeo and watching them locally... So no ads for me...
I honestly don't know, I've gotten so used to ignoring all adds. I'm honestly a little surprised anybody pays any attention to them whatsoever anymore.
Car ads car ads...

Is there, by any chance, a way to fetch the ads and save them locally?
I don't see them.
WTF? I assumed that by now any self-respecting internet dweller would use AdBlock or any equivalent add-on for their daily web browsing, but I'm afraid I must be alone if this thread is anything to go by (probably with the exception of hyperagathon, as I think she was being sarcastic with that question)

I use a script blocker which blocks most adds but not youtube's.

Oh, I see. I don't really know how do Youtube ads work, only that AdBlock works like a charm with them. You should try it if they annoy you (and it has a "white list" feature to avoid blocking ads on websites you *do* want to support/you care about).
