It may be "Return of the Living Dead"... I think that's what it was called... good film, in a weird, romero-rip-off kind of way. Saw it late night on BBC2, used to have a taped copy on VHS.
I'm fairly sure Rob Zombie used some samples from it on the track "Living Dead Girl", but I may be wrong.

Here is another picture, and a hint: this movie deconstructs slasher films in a similar way Scream did.
Aren't there any horror film fans out here? I thought this movie was great, and plenty of the points that I have read in essays (for example "Men, Women, and Chainsaws" ) were mentioned in this movie, ie. phallic symbolism of the final weapon usually used by the survivor girl in slasher films, etc...
