The elevators look exactly the same, and the closest other thing I can find is the fact it was originally released in Japan as "The Tower" before it was bought by Maxis.
Some things do look slightly different, so it may be Sim Tower 2, but I don't even know if that exists.

Maybe it's a purist kind of thing, so the only correct answer could be:
