Okay, I'm guessing that it's one of the myriad of racing games that 1C has published, one that has cutscenes. Unfortunately I only played 2 or 3 of them. I'd also rule out "Streets of Moscow" since the palm trees don't really fit. Hmmm ... Adrenalin?
