This is a guess, as I never managed to get the damned thing to work, but... Discworld Noir?
[EDIT] Also, a slight correction. There have been a number of Duke Nukem games since Duke Nukem 3D. True, most of them were console games, but Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project was a Windows game. It was pretty fun in a not-really-Duke-Nukem way, but it's there.

Thats the one, the only way I managed to get noir to work was under 98SE, maybe a virtual machine could help you? Noir was one of the best adventure games and the only one that really capturerd the discworld feel, the other discworld adventures felt too much like they were saying "Look, it's discworld!" rather than trying to make you feel that you're there.
Now that'd be a good thing for MS to make and sell relatively cheap, a 98SE emulator. it'd emulate the ways in which 98 used the hardware and software and pass those commands to the vista/7 kernel in a manner it understood. Sort of like WINE but within windows.
This too, should be very easy.

Since it is a series, you ought to add a number to that, but lacking that I'll assume you mean number 1, and say you are correct ;-)
Your turn.
I'll give up my turn, somebody else do it!
