It's Sanitarium, one of the best adventure games ever! I too hope that GOG will get their clammy hands on it, so that I, in turn, can get my clammy hands on it.
This one might be tricky. I don't think it was that well known.

And I 2nd the sanitarium motion for gog. the game is pretty good
