It's an edutainment game with a superhero kinda theme, and back when I was a kid it, being the first game I played on Win95, made me go all hyper. There was also a cartoon based on the game, but I never saw that.

I didn't understand English back then (I think I didn't even know how to read yet) so I never got too far.

The Adventures of Hyperman!

Bloody hell, those buggers in the first screenshot were familiar, but the 'H' himself brought back memories. I remember being all hyper about it as well (nice hint there :P)
I'm gonna have to dig out that CD now.
