Looking at its wikipedia page, it is not, and it seems it has stopped being supported, although an fan server is in the works. I don't really know much about it, found it by googling, and only briefly checked the wikipedia page.
Edit: New game, can't remember if this has been done before, but it shouldn't be too difficult.

Since nobody got it in 19, and because its so obsure, posting a new one.
The game was Legends of Kesmai, an MMO offered on the Gamestorm service, which also offered games like Magestorm, Aliens Online, Godzilla Online, etc.
New game, probably a bit easier.
