Mine, I was just looking through the thread to see what's been done before. Hang on...
Ok. An easy one. C64 again, but it was released on several platforms. Innovative and very charming.

And yes, absolutely want a remake of that baby. Sadly if my memory of Microprose history is accurate, they got absorbed by spectrum holobyte who were then assimilated by the EA collectve.
Ooh no my memory wasn't as good as I thought which comes as no great suprise, I have to look up my phone number when people ask for it. Turns out they were bought by infogrammes and so Atari should hold the rights nowdays.That brings the chances of a remake up from "absolutely no chance" all the way to "sod all chance"

Aliasalpha: Assuming I'm right, here's my entry. This is a game I dearly loved but could never get running right on XP. i'd love to see it on GOG, if for no other reason than GOG already has at least one game by the publisher

Seems someone listened to you. Yay! Despite recognizing the game, I've never actually played it (in fact, I don't think I've ever seen it in a shop around here). So this is cool.

it reminds me of old 'Proses' flight sims alright but the game is f14 sim if my memory serves me.
heres one i used to play on my cousins amstrad: had to edit out the top title bar.
