The crooked picture of Gordon Freeman would have me say Opposing Force or Blue Shift, but I don't think thats right.

Same thoughts here, or could be Counter-Strike, though I'm not aware of his picture showing up in any official CS maps.
Plus, Drelmanes current avatar is Gordon Freeman.

I wonder if that kind of editing is fair. I can understand cropping, or removal of dead giveaways (like the name of the game in the UI), but distorting the image significantly (as is the case here) doesn't feel fair at all.
