Pix: It's definitely Audiosurf - I'll jump in since no one else has.

If that's the one i'm thinking of... There's a segment at the beginning of the game where you fly through space towards a planet, an asteroid, an alien shuttle or something along those lines... I can't remember the name though. Although, it could be a completely different game.
Creature Shock. I used to have it a long time ago.

This one just for fun :P
OK, adding second pic since nobody has gotten it yet. Another hint: 1993.

Epic. I remember the disappointment, at least...

And a new one. Probably a bit obscure, not all that good either.

Tearaway Thomas.
Platformers are just that - platformers. What makes this one a bad one? ;)
I found the time limits annoying, and the game just didn't have anything interesting that drew me in.
But yeah, you're correct and it's your turn.
One of games where graphics were NOT an important factor. :)

Physicser: Independence war 2

That looks amazingly good for a game that came out in 2001.

I know this one! Hocus Pocus! One of my favorite platformers

Edit:
One of my favorites, so it's probably too easy
Edit:
I added a second screenshot from the most memorable segment.

Hm... It looks like King's quest 1,2 or 3 but I don't recall that screen.
Edit : let's try King's quest 2, just in case.
