Blimey thats an oldie, is it console or pc ? it looks 8bit, so maybe the Nes or Master System.

You're right, it's 8-bit. The game is from (what was once) a popular home computer system.

Right, seems it was too difficult. The answer is Knight & Grail. It's one of the most enjoyable games I've ever played on the C64.
New game, then. I'm actually not sure how well known it is.
