Hello §pectre!
Close, but it is actually from a couple years later.

Hello thraxman!
No, it is not Smugglers Run.

Another picture, another hint:
The hint of this third picture is part of the game's title.

Kind regards,

Is it Cabela's 4x4: Offroad Adventure ?
avatar
§pectre: (...) Is it Cabela's 4x4: Offroad Adventure ?
Hello §pectre!

Yes! It is indeed "Cabela's 4x4 Offroad Adventure" - the first one.
Released in 2001, it is utilizing a hybrid voxel-polygon-engine for the environments, resulting in (for its time) quite rough and uneven surfaces in the landscapes, but also featuring some unnatural slopes and inclinations.

Although, the third in the series has improved a lot in the graphics and car handling, I still prefer to play from time to time the first one. Because it has a more arcade-like game structure (different game modes and 'missions' to choose from, and once unlocked a variety of vehicles and customization options when revisiting). The third game in the series does rely both on its roleplaying mechanics (based on experience, quests/tasks and money) as well as on vendor location for purchasing cars and their parts' upgrades. Thus the third one is more restricitve when revisiting for a 'quick' gaming session.

I guess there are relatively few people who know these games.

Thank you §pectre for not giving up! Now, it is your turn.

Kind regards,
foxgog

Cadaver747: It's Gray Matter
That's it.

The game was made by the same designer as Gabriel knight and is set in Oxford where you play a young lady magician and sometimes a wealthy researcher, whose main hall you can see in the attached picture.

It's development was delayed and it was also sold on gog but still hasn't come back.

Yes, but some lucky users bought it before it was de-listed, myself included.

Here is a new one. One hint: this game has something in common with the previous one. Tomorrow I'll post a new screenshot.

Still no one? Oh come on, guys! I gave you a big hint and screenshots are practically screaming the game name.
Next screenshot attached, it should be easier from now on.

Gabriel Knight 3?

Not even close. That game has something *else* similar with the previous game, it lies right on the surface.
