Hmm, that looks like Jet Black (from anime series/movies Cowboy Bebop), though he's a pretty generic-looking strong guy, so that's not much help... Jet doesn't fit with the first 'shot either. So, sorry, no idea.

Actually, he's a main antagonist :P
