It's a game that similar to Sims Castaway but somewhat older, less good and you are trying to get by until rescue. Unlike Castaway where you can design a mansion with showers and disco balls and HDTV.

Nope, not xevious, I played the game on my MSX.
Though it has appeared on other computers as well.

Ok, some hints then.
The game was released in the eighties on MSX and NES.
It uses an ingenious piece of Artificial Intelligence. The better you are and the more enemies you'll encounter and the harder they get.

Could it be Zanac?
edit: Note the screenshot about halfway down the page. Looks fairly similar to me, also explains why part of the posted screen is blacked out in the Level/Round notification area.
edit 2: I'm going to go ahead and assume that I'm correct, since the two images look very similar. In that case, here's my next game, another kingdom type game. In the event that I'm incorrect, just ignore me. ;)
