Since STALKER was taken, I guess I'll go with Metro 2033 (though it's probably not it.)

Word for word (and probably not grammatically correct) translation is

"You are in debt territory!
DON'T PROVOKE
and you'll keep living."

Though "Debt" is used like a proper noun, maybe somebody's name and you're on their property.
