I discovered that in the Quake II Map BASE64 The Strogg Base, if I connect in Co-op (or Single Player) mode, with Hard Skill, an Enforcer appears, and in the Field Computer: Kills 0/1 and Goals 0/1. Can someone tell me which is the goal, and how to accomplish it?

The goal is to create a confusing thread without any indication as to what you are talking about.

You've succeeded.
Sounds like something Quake-related?
The goal is to find the wizard ;-)
Sounds like something related to Quake 2.
The goal is to encode to printable characters, basically, but I don't think this answers whatever OP was asking...

GOG's amazing forum-finding capabilities strike again.

The Strogg Base is a bonus deathmatch map for Quake II, downloadable from id Software's FTP. It is a very large map, designed for 64 players.
The objective is, apparently, to kill each other.

Its a deathmatch level you would have to play with other people.

Heh i was sure it wasn't Base64 you were talking about...

Probably not... Though still wonder if anyone else may get this, even i it should be obvious.

You have been decoded ; P

I have consider using this for posting codes in the newsletter and expiring threads, but I wouldn't want people to have to use a third party website to decode it. I have a local page I made that uses the dom javascript "atob" and "btoa" to encode and decode text areas.

I'd have just replaced the original 'encoded' texts with the decoded. So...

It would certainly work. I used Notepad++ (Plugins/MIME tools), though there's unix tools too that are easy enough to use. But i guess 90% of people even computer people won't follow it, etc...
