She posted 2 days ago and has a new av. Beyond that...... o.O
Her profile gets 404. Dang.
She has been in some type of distress I hope she is ok and keeps her head up.
The 404 error wouldn't be Fairfox blocking her profile would it?

I also get this error trying to look at the OP and Tauto's profile

GOG's implementation of the profile feature was a mess at launch. Many users rightly complained about how much they could not hide. GOG's solution was the 404 page. I can't say whether the block you hit is because Fairfox blocked her profile or because something more unusual happened. I can say that there's a weird inconsistency in her most recent thread. In the summary view, the thread starter is listed as "User deleted". If you open the thread and go to the first post, it's credited to Fairfox and has the same content it had when I read it before the weird deletion event. That is, both the username and the content are unchanged. If the deletion was deliberate, it was weirdly incomplete.

I seem to recall one of the GOG staff hinting that Fairfox had been temporarily banned for some offense that supposedly Fairfox would understand, but from context, I couldn't figure out what it was. The phrasing suggested the ban had already expired before Fairfox opened her most recent thread. As far as I know, getting banned doesn't cause the observed oddities, so I don't think a simple ban, even a new one, is the explanation.
With the atmosphere of friendliness and reason, which this forum is best known for, it's utterly incomprehensible that anyone would disable their profile and leave.

Thanks for the heads up. I didn't see that thread so I assumed the OP thought Fairfox was gone simplly because the user profile couldn't be viewed. I guess time till tell what actually went on.
Does that mean she loses all her games too?

No. Your library is separate from the forum. You can "leave" the forum and still purchase games and access them in your library.
Clicking on my profile takes you to a 404 page but the "user deleted" thing is weird.

Well, you can be banned from the forums -- including a perma-ban, I'm assuming -- and still have the rest of your account intact. However, "user deleted" strongly implies that the whole account was shut down.

On the other hand, her avatar and username are still (as of this writing) visible on her individual posts, which has not been the case with users who shut down down their accounts -- or had them shut down -- in years past. Posts by former users such as realkman666 and Monkey_Delarge (those might not be the exact spellings/capitalizations) are bereft of the usual user info, which is only visible in replies made before the accounts were deleted.
Apparently its not fun to post when some imbecile adds you to his down rep bot. Surprise surprise...
I assumed Linko had enough and banned her for one reason or another, but maybe I'm wrong.
