Maybe...

But if we see the normal menu after hovering cursor over her nickname, then it couldn't have been deleted, IMHO. Edit: Instead there should be text saying something like "data for the user is not available". But I can't find any example of that at the moment... Edit 2: And I don't think the username changes in such case.
