There are a lot of games with broken achievements that don't let get the 100%. I would like to know games that you have completed with all achievements without any problems. I played Ghostrunner and all achievements worked fine.

The list is meant for Galaxy achievements, but there's some overlap because Galaxy achievements for some titles are broken due to problems with the game's internal achievements, like GOG's version of Party Hard.

To be honest, I don't really hunt for achievements unless I really enjoyed the game. There's plenty of games I'll drop for various reasons, and some achievements are too grindy or I simply can't be arsed to 100% a game.
