Well, the translation should be more like "Departure of Cultures" or "Start of Cultures" :-)

Most of the catalog on Matrix Games. Not sure the grognard focus would fit in well enough to make it worth their while - for both parties. And I don't think they'd go for the frequent sales and gOg's pricing schemes. For example, Steel Panthers Generals Edition from 2000 is at $49.99. Great game, but that pricing wouldn't fly in this catalog.

It should be noted, though, that they currently have Frozen Synapse at a lower price. That might be the only game that both stores carry...
Hatred

I don't really need to explain why, do I?
games that encompasses the biggest catalog of strategical, empire building and tactical games on the digital games market. Slitherine owns [url=http://www.ageod.com/]Ageod, Matrix games and Shenandoah Studio. Also Hegemony games series from Longbowgames.

The reason for it is high price for Slitherine games and the not so popular genres on gog.

Example of Slitherine games that won't get released here: Distant Worlds: Universe, Alea Jacta est, Pride of Nations, To End all Wars, etc.

Well i know about the split of Paradox and Ageod but i'm pretty sure PoN was published by Paradox even after that split (atleast for some time).
Edit: Indeed. According to a thread in the Ageod forum Paradox surrendered the rights as of 1st march 2013 :).

Ageod could possibly leave Slitherine/Matrix one of these days. Unlikely but possible. Having Ageod's strategy titles at gog would be amazing. Such as it is, the Matrix/Slitherine DRM policy is a simple serial key system. Though, I hear they're integrating many of their titles onto Steam now.
Assassin's Creed after the first game, Rayman Legend, Prince of Persia : The Forgotten Sands because Uplay.

Blood Omen 1, seems on legal limbo.

Warcraft Franchise (RTS), the same reason why the other Blizzard game are on the list.

More games from Capcom because [url=http://www.rockman-corner.com/2013/03/capcom-trying-to-get-mega-man-x-games.html]Japan

Games from Bandai Namco, , [url=http://store.steampowered.com/search/?developer=KOEI%20TECMO%20GAMES%20CO.%2C%20LTD.]Koei Tecmo. Seems Japanese game company are not really interested on GOG, at least for now
