Had to take second look. I read it as Tranny. lol
Jupiter Hell

Loving this game. It's becoming a classic in my home.

Rezrog

Having fun with this one also. Picked it up via of GOG but I got it working via Steam Controller using kozec /
sc-controller and now it's perfect for HTPC gaming.

DUSK

Been playing this via of LAN with family and friends. It's already replaced UT99 and now it may eclipse Xonotic as our staple game.
Bought a fortnight's worth of game time in RuneScape using in-game money so am playing that. I may not care to play the full two weeks but it is alright. Not spending all my time in a single game ever again.
Tomb Raider 3: The Lost Artifact.

Very well designed and good looking levels. Definitely the best expansion of them all between TR1-3. Just made it to 2/3rds yesterday, will probably finish by the end of the week.

Then I'm probably gonna take a small break before starting TR4.
Wasteland 2. I never thought I'd like it but I am loving it.

Black Mesa

Finally we get the new Xen level that Crowbar Collective have created I haven't gotten to Xen yet but everything else is very impressive. It can be debated about whether Half Life holds up today or not but Black Mesa is great and is now out of Early Access.

I read it as the martian queen's name from looney tunes. o.0
Right now: Max Payne 2
I love Remedy's games! I don't think I would keep playing this if it was just about shooting things up with some barebones plot... but it is very (film noir style) cinematic - just like the first game.
After playing the Mass Effect games for 300+ hours, the 2003 3D graphics take some getting used to (even when playing it in 1440P, all graphic options to max). I love the bullet time effects, but the controls aren't as refined as more modern 3rd person action games.

Does it need my recommendation? It's a classic and there's no lack of information about it online. The graphics aspect? Get over it!

CONTROL (Remedy's latest) is high on my "want to play" list; but I'm not in hurry - I'm going to wait until I have a new graphics card (GTX970 currently) to play it in full glory.
I finally got Nox to run without any issues, and it was worth the effort. Great game!

Some advice:

Save often and try to save everyone for as long as you can(till they cannot follow you any further)....they do/say some fun stuff if you can keep them(like the shooting help in the form of some NPCs) alive.

Also(for fun and if you're not morally against such) shoot the harmless people or shoot NEAR them/use things(like tv sets) near them to see what they say.

Also also try to be stealthy to hear the stuff the enemies say if you sneak up on them.

Also try playing ANY piano you come across.

Addition: Play the main song on YT(Late/Last Goodbye) via the official music video....it is THAT GOOD.

*Semi-spoilers*

When you get to the high rise apartment building and on on some scaffolding, make sure to look for the secret dev memorial, as well as other easter eggs in other levels.

Also in the starting levels with the warehouse, you can shoot the first guy or follow him...both are a bit different, though they end up the same in the end.

*End spoilers*

Essentially there are some ways to alter what is said/one comes across in small ways here and there, and it's fun to find/see them.

Fun game, I really enjoyed the setting. Don't forget to savor it, it's short and sweet.

Did you ever finish the toughest normal difficulty and see the extra/different ending as well? Just curious.

SCP started out as a 4chan/chan/reddit/etc collaboration(essentially about a group that collects/contains/hides various supernatural things from the public or tries to protect the public from them...etc) & then got bigger over time(now there are like hundreds of entries[each is a different thing/monster/etc] and tons of lore/extra stuff).

Also there are some games(fan made, mostly) using the SCP name/characters/"entries"(from the site itself) as well as some new stuff, and NOW we have this game which is an SCP GAME is all but name(likely to avoid a legal battle).

(Note: Some older/original entries have been edited over time and the "woke" has crept in there to a degree as well....this may or may not affect your enjoyment of such, though)
