So I tried my first game of Civ (in Civ 3) in a long time tonight, and I lost horribly to the Dutch... and that was on chieftain difficulty. Whoopsee! At least I have an excuse in that I'm relearning the game. Still, that was somewhat embarrassing. It all only started when I asked them to remove his settler and guard pikeman from my territory. How should I know that was an act of war? Stupid clog-wearers. Then we fought over one of my cities which changed possession several times until it was apparent their military might was quite superior to mine. Can you blame me when I called it quits when they started decimating the rest of my territory? ... Well, I just didn't have the means to spit out more defenders because I was so focused on that one all-in attack that just shattered against their impenetrable defense.. =/

Die and learn, I guess. ;)

Stopped buying games here while back for reasons.. only thing I would really care to still get here to have as backup is vampire masquarde which was always good and might to play through it some time in future again.
I'm playing Ni No Kuni on PS3. They just announced Ni No Kuni 2 so I figured it was time to play the first one. So far it seems like a great game from Level 5 and Studio Ghibli.
Just installed Giana Sisters - Twisted Dreams and Journey of a Roach
Something relaxing for the day.
FreeCol with Radio Rivendell in the background. Surprisingly fun game. Similar to civilization but with entirely different settlement mechanics.
After seeing the amazing trailer for Specter Knight, I picked up Shovel Knight on 3DS in order to finish the Plague Knight DLC.
I higlhy recommend to check the trailer. It's amazing they're gonna give that for free
I am currently playing the Sega Master System version of Ultima 4.

Somehow, I managed to start with a Mage with only 16 INT. Is this possible in the PC version?

I've been soloing as a Mage, then a Paladin, then a Mage (this time with a "no intentional deaths" restriction, so I can't just go to Hythloth to max my stats). It is this second mage that had only 16 INT (but STR and DEX in the 20s, IIRC) at the start.

With the second Mage, I did go to Deceit to boost her INT (tricky when I don't have the Wand or Mystic Armor), but it took two attempts; on the first attempt, after getting the orb, I entered a room that had reapers, which put me to sleep and I never woke up. (Lesson learned; when there are Reapers, if you aren't poisoned (which prevents being put to sleep), cast Negate Magic, which means you should mix some before doing serious dungeon delving.)

By the way, I made a couple topics about Ultima 3 on the Ultima series subforum that I would like to get some responses to.

I need to get back to Shovel Knight myself. The devs are so awesome for making those huge DLCs free!

Currently playing Pokemon Moon on 3DS and going through Book of Unwritten Tales: The Critter Chronicles on PC. Finished the first Unwritten Tales game a few days ago, so just finishing up that series before I go back to an RPG. Really enjoying both games. :)
I currently play Anno 1701 - The sunken dragon and Fantasy Life.

Anno 1701 is quite good but I miss the soundtrack from the first title of the series. The version of Greensleeves gives me goosebumps and a feeling of nostalgia.

I can't say much about Fantasy Life, started playing this morning.
Ratchet and Clank HD collection on PS3. I'm on the first game, but it's still pretty great considering the age. Can't wait for the next parts.
The Waiting Game.

UPS Package out for delivery. Old router keeps dropping clients (even wired ones) making multiplayer games impossible.
Final Fantasy XV, living up to my expectations and then more... Wow!!
looking forward to start dragon age origins - when the download finally finishes (just a few more hours >.>)

in the meantime I'm playing darkest dungeon
