teceem: I didn't buy any of the games that GOG isn't selling. I also didn't buy a membership card to this boycotting cult.
i did , wanna buy some?

McMicroDonalds: Why are you in this thread then? Also a lot of people are unhappy with CDPR/GOG at the moment. Which begs the question who is on a cult hey?

teceem: I have specific opinions/views that aren't very "general" or time specific. I also don't care who shares them or not. Yeah, that really sounds like I'm describing my cult here.
I'm in this thread because I dislike the OP's attempt to make people jump on the bandwagon.
ah you want them on your bandwagon , so clear now

Feel free to describe that bandwagon that I want people on. Is individual critical thinking a bandwagon these days? If so, yes, please jump on! Just don't call it "mine".

Yeah how dare he try to bring about positive change mr "I don't care what anyone else thinks"

What a joke

As for the low rating: It's likely because you're criticizing how the forums and site are run....some of the same types who troll my posts with rating marks also seem to believe everyone should hardly ever criticize such.
(well unless they feel it's ok to do so, it seems)

Still, imo it's not fair for anyone (generally speaking) to lump all people who are against such practices as cultists(or similar terms).

I mean some of us actually go about such in a more calm and civil manner...it's not like we're all acting over the top about it. :)

Are you paraphrasing my words, or just adding something? (if it's the latter, I agree with you)

No, but maybe it should be....so few people seem to employ such anymore.
(i mean others online and IRL, of course, not anyone here)

edit: seems I got what you meant (re: cultists earlier) wrong....apologies for that.

There's no depth to speak of.
Anno 1701 and 1503, reason not on discount sale and i don't have more money on my paysafecard, with discount i could probably buy both of these games, ubisoft discounted all their games except Anno series.

Trails in the sky third chapter, reason i still put on hold first chapter of the game and didn't beat it yet, that following a guide and interest in other games kinda stopped me from buying it, i need at least to beat the first chapter before buying 3rd chapter.

Also i wonder for people who don't want anything to do with GOG, where will you get games now?
Have a huge backlog and play that?
Pirate them?
Buy elsewhere?
You do know that GOG gets a 30% cut the rest goes to developers or publishers or whatever they are.
Seems GOG is my only option for old pc, paysafecard buying and the games kinda still work and i like the DRM-free method of keeping installers where i want.

Robette: Still think it's somewhat silly that people really expect that small companies will stand up to a rising superpower... anyhow, not boycotting anything but kinda hope that my refunds go through before the sale ends so I might get a few games still.
At a bit worth of over 10 billion dollars with over 300 employees CD Projekt is not a small business by any criteria.

It's likely many who do such things(boycotts) will only do so for a short time, to send the message that they disliked what GOG did re: Devotion.

That said, it's likely such users will do the first and gthird things for the most part, and maybe rarely some others might do the second thing.

Have you tried zoom-platform, such as for games they carry that GOG doesn't? Several here including myself have done so, and the games are indeed DRM free and offline installers(of course they only have paypal and CC/debit atm, I think).

Most of that, I am guessing, comes from CDPR game sales and merch sales....correct?

No, you just joined the communist party. You're aware that any money flowing to the mainland occupation forces is literally funding ethnic genocide, right now, right?

You might as well pin a big sign to your head that says "Okay with murder."
Like i already said once, zoom platform doesn't want paysafecards and also i don't know how paypal even works.
Credit cards i don't have, but i once said if anime ever become drm-free like to download and buy, then i would get a credit card.

No, you're just doing what your paymasters demand Wumao. What, you don't think I don't know a blatant Chicomm troll account when I see one?

I hope you survive the collapse of your terrorrist state.
