Simply put, list every game you were considering buying on gog.com this sale previous to Devotion being removed to appease Chicomm paid trolls, and chose not to because of it, ideally with the local price you would've paid in your local currency. I'll also note that for myself this is a *partial* list.

1. Wolfenstein, the New Order. Currently selling for 15.99 USD

2.Baldur's gate 3. Currently selling for 59.99 USD

3. Disco Elysium, currently selling for 23.99 USD

4. Horizon Zero dawn Complete edition, 39.99 USD.

5. Cyberpunk 2077 59.99 USD, full price. I'd waited over 5 years for that game, and you singlehandedly convinced me not to buy it during this sale solely by allowing an independent developer to be bullied off your platform. Congratulations.

6. Metro Exodus Gold edition: currently 22.09 USD would've still been 64.99 at the time I would've purchased it.

7. Wasteland 3 deluxe edition, 46.89 USD during the sale.

8. Call of Cthulhu because despite being a possibly needless franchisse reboot, I still liked the look of it. 29.99 USD

9. Divinity original sin 2: 32.99 USD. A game I already own but would've spent that much just for a DRM free copy. Which you talked me out of.

10. Vampire the masquerade bloodlines 2: Blood moon edition. 89.99 USD. Literally canceled my pre-order on your platform.

11. Aquanox Deep Descent collecter's edition 26.49 USD. Another lost sale for you.

12. Terminator resistance 23.99, though it was still at it's full 39.99 price when you announced Devotion's removal. Also supposedly the one good terminator game ever, and as far as I know, sold exclusively on your platform.

That's just under 500 dollars worth of sales gog.com lost out on this year from me. Also the people who I would've been buying most of these games forr as gifts, most of whom do not already use your storrefront. I guess they probably never will now.
Wow, that's a lot of money to spend just this month here. You sure you would have bought all that just on this winter sale? Not that I don't commend your boycott whatever your purchasing power is.
Don't know what wouldn't have bought myself. It always depends on what I want to play atm. And I rarely play new titles. Bought on every sale here several games. But that wallet hole is plugged for now.
Not a single game from my wishlist. Not this time. Heck, it has been almost a year since I bought a game directly on Gog. Last time it was on Fanatical, when they sold a Gog bundle of SNK games. It has to do with their aggressive and draconian slam on freedom of speech and expression in their forum. They tend to favour a certain globally mainstream political side, and prohibit all the rest.

So what you're going to do with the 500 Dollars you saved? Are you going to donate some of it? I certainly could use some of it.

I had a lot of games queued up, mostly cheap ones but it amounted to something like 120$. It can wait, this is more important and I have tons of unplayed games anyway.

Hookers and blow... or fish, lots of it.

Fish? Why fish? Is there some nefarious purpose behind that?

To the OP's question: While I didn't stop entirely, I scaled back quite a bit.....mostly buying some games for others this time around.

Someone recently(maybe a week or so back) made a thread critical of the same mainstream side Wishmaster mentioned on the forum....mainly to do with how it impacts gaming.

It was mostly civil, and within the rules.....staff closed it anyways.

Reason given? They thought this wasn't the place to discuss such things.

Yet, if someone praises that side in gaming, it seems to be ok and most such posts get left untouched.

No, just love for fish. And bridges as homesteads.

I don't know, that sounds pretty sinister, like there might be some conspiracy behind it. Maybe a plot by the fish people? I'll have to look into that.

it's one of those things where you could get it for free and still feel cheated

Follow the breadcrumbs... do your research... what celebrities used fish symbols? What does fish smell like? Is there a connection? #WWG1WGA

Last minute replacement gifts for the most part. The activities of totalitarian governments or the corporations that accede to their demands would be a real hot button issue with most of my family, and friends and the last thing I'd do is be tone deaf enough to buy people a "gift" they wouldn't use on purely ethical grounds.

I've been depending upon your point of view either lucky or unlucky enough to have a family and friends who are primarily gamers, so this stunt CD Projekt pulled has proven really inconvenient for me personally.
