I have lived in different parts of the world, amongst people of various beliefs (be it religious or not) and I can say I find it fascinating, the human nature that is, the way we interact, regardless of our convictions.
I was wondering, if you're willing to share of course, fasting in your case does it have to do with cleansing the body as we say in the East or with something else?
The usual crap just lying around with added cockroachy goodness!

Couple of old half drunk pepsi bottles lying around a couple of sealed bag of crisps half eaten sealed with snap-loc-bags

WHY CAN'T YOU AFFORD TO FEED AND CLOTHE YOURSELF WE DO!
WHY CAN'T YOU AFFORD YOUR OWN ELECTRICITY WE DO!
WHY DON'T YOU GO OUT AND GET A JOB YOU LAZY F***ER!
WHY DON'T YOU WATER YOUR MILK DOWN WE DO!
WHEN WE WERE YOUR AGE WE PULLED OUR OWN SH!T!

HERE'S Your F***ing EAPA'S Now F*** OFF!

I envy you, I was like that years ago. Human nature in me got corrupted so as my view on others. But sometimes I happen to meet really great people which I want to adore for their purity. (I don't know the proper way how to describe it in English)

I don't mind sharing, please ask if you want me to cover the part about my feelings about religion.

About one month ago I realized (again) that my way of life is unhealthy in quite many ways and that my body is not that strong and thin as it was before. So my first priority was to get thinner as soon as possible, then I rethought my food consumption and stopped eating sugary things (again) and some other foods types, I started to walk each day for 3 hours (1.5 hours when I have little time or energy), then I realized that I spent too much money on useless stuff including video games, and about 4 days ago I began fasting with no particular reason actually, maybe I wanted to lose weigh at a much higher rate maybe I wanted to prove something to myself, but to be honest each new day I really want to visit local grocery store and buy myself a good loaf of dark bread and a pack of kefir (a fermented milk drink in case you are not familiar with the drink), yet each day I managed to spend my day with empty stomach to my sleep. Today I can't sleep however, I don't feel hunger, but I just can't sleep. I think today is the day. So it's definitely not about cleansing the body, at least not directly but I don't know how to call it, "despair" probably would be the closest thing to name it.

Not everyone has a way with words and not everyone is kind, unfortunately. There is both good and bad in humans. I think at times people fail to realise the importance of words, the weight they can carry. They can be both weapons and tools.

Yep me I am universally HATED where ever I go, Nobody that does me a disservice EVER apologises when they are WRONG and I am right!

So I don't apologise for what is under my forum name as these are the groups that have caused me the most grief!
I didn't have enough room to put the (Censored) group though!
It's always the groups and they are INSANE in my country!

Interesting take, thanks for sharing.
It's true, our bodies go through changes, sometimes major ones, other times insignificant, but still active. Walking is always good, or at least that's what I like to think. Especially under these circumstances, it can definitely help relieve some of the stress and anguish.
Kefir used to be my go-to a while back when on the run, always against the clock. Nowadays I like to take it easy, chill mode if possible. Bread is still active part of my diet - can't let it go for some reason, perhaps I like it too much.
That being said, do take care of yourself, no matter the circumstances. Striking a good balance is essential, I'd say.

Yes, walking is the greatest stress relief, too bad it can't cure depression for those who have it, thankfully I don't.

Wait, you used kefir for running against the clock but you dropped that drink afterwards, or what? I think it is one of the greatest inventions in dairy products, plus the acidophilous beverages of course, they are even better for me personally.
Fully agree on bread, it's the same for me: can't break away from it. I soothe myself that bread made our of whole grain flour is fine if consumed in moderation (if not then at least not made out of premium flour but first or second grade flour), and nowadays it's pretty easy to cook bread at home however you like. I like bread way too much.
Thank you, I will try my best. You too, take care. Striking a good balance was always the hardest part of my life ;)

I used to drink kefir when I had little time to spare, when I was just between work and home. Kinda like a quick snack :)
It's actually been a while since I last had it. With relocation came a change of diet as well. I believe change is a good thing at times (not only in regard to eating habits, but also in other areas).
I hear you, balance is not easily achieved, it can be extremely challenging.
