Watched Les Choristes (English: The Chorus, German: Die Kinder des Monsieur Mathieu) yesterday. Still love that film, a nice and gentle way to close out the day, even if the ending is a bit emotionally manipulative.

Otherwise just finished Preacher Season 2. Not a bad season, but a lot of the characters have really lost their spark and the series has really lost its comic edge, although special recognition to Pip Torrens who did a wonderful job as Herr Starr and who got the most laughs out of me.

During the last few weeks, I've been binge watching Hogan's Heroes on youtube. I think I've finished them all.

Not sure what I'll watch next.

Turns out, Major Dad episodes.
Lately been watching Elementary with my girlfriend. I had never bothered to check it out until recently - the preview picture, trailer montage and description on Netflix had mate it seem like some really stupid crap. Finally checked it out a few weeks ago and dang, my GF and I fell in love with it after a single episode. I think I'm actually enjoying it even more than Sherlock and the production quality and the quality of the writing are in both shows pretty much on the same level in my eyes. As much as I enjoy Cumberbatch's interpretation of the character, I like Jonny Lee Miller's even more - he's more charismatic, more believable and has more depth, in my opinion. And I was sure that a female Watson, especially played by Lucy Liu, would be just ridiculous but dang, she's really great in that role and the chemistry between the characters just works and is a nice change from earlier adaptations.
I'm four matches deep into WWE's Survivor Series pay-per-view. So far, it's been excellent.

I read the Bleacher Report on it this morning. Sounded pretty good with a few minor disappointments.

They called New Day vs Shield a Match of the Year contender.

I just finished watching. Yeah, that match certainly didn't disappoint. The weaker matches were thankfully relegated to the kick-off show, so the main card was very solid overall. The Men's 5-on-5 Elimination Match had its good moments, but I think it was rather lackluster compared to last year's. All things considered, this was definitely my favorite WWE PPV of the year thus far. It definitely outshined WrestleMania 33.

they need to get rid of the part timers. IMHO that is killing it. The ratings are dropping and I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that headliners never show up on RAW anymore. It's annoying, and I can't imagine what it's like for the audience. They save up, get the tickets, go through all the hassle of going down there, and what is the main card, the fucking IC Title!? :P NO THANKS.

That's probably true. I don't know how far in advance people buy their tickets, but I'm sure that certain fans' expectations go unmet all the time. I personally don't mind Lesnar being a rare treat, although I agree that he should drop or relinquish the Universal title so it can elevate a full-timer. I genuinely dislike Cena, though, due in large part to his super-human booking and his reputation for being a jerk backstage. I blame Cena (and Vince) for Rusev and Bray Wyatt's current god-awful booking.

Raw was decent. I'm glad a certain someone is finally back.

Paige?

Is she still involved with Alberto? He's been working at TNA for the last few months.

Yes, she's back! She might've split with Alberto based off a comment she made in a video on social media. I sadly missed her original run, but I've been rooting for her to get her life back in order and start wrestling again. For his sake, I hope Alberto gets cleaned up, too.

Also just saw the movie Passengers the other day. Not a bad movie, but loved the soundtrack.
