Reading Fast One by Paul Cain. I've been reading it for a while, and I could probably finish it in only a short time if I just sat down and made the time for it, but after a fast start the plot has gotten less interesting and it's become kind of a chore to read.

Also reading a lot of Golden Age comics. Superman was really quite a grumpy guy in his early days :)

I'll be done with The Handmaid's Tale tomorrow.

After that I'll dive into 15 Dogs by André Alexis.

15 dogs should be fun and intresting and diffinately "lighter" than the The Handmaid's Tale. :)

According to Wikipedia, Alexis' book is about dogs that learn to think and talk like humans.
Canines and language in the same book? Hello, jackpot. :D

A critique to the proclamation "Solidaritaet statt Ausgrenzung".

Amazing book! A bit challenging for non-native speakers (I bought an English version while I was travelling in the US), but really engaging and thought-provoking. The show is great and it has Elisabeth Moss, but I think the novel is even better.

I'm not familiar with the show, but I agree on the novel turning your gears (some things were downright scary).
I understand it's supposed to be like that, but I disliked the depressive tone.

I found a few new words in the book, but I had no problems with it. :)
