Finished reading this edition of The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas. 4/5, in the end it was more entertaining than I originally thought. It starts like shit and ends with a bang. Somewhat.

Anyway, now I need to know what the heck the four "inseparable" musketeers did after the siege of La Rochelle...

The Palace Job by Patrick Weekes

I finally re-open my digital version and steadily moving forward, just passing 45% :). I should have got a paperback version, reading it from tablet screen after 9 hours staring at monitor at work is just a challenge.

Anyway, it is written really well. The author likes to describe surroundings, people and uses every chance to create a new entry in lore. His game writing background is evident from how he writes fighting or chasing scenes, yet his skills are in completely different league than these of Drew Karpyshyn whose style is rather minimalist and thus not very enjoyable in a classic form, i.e. novel.

It's time for some classic science-fiction: Starship Troopers by Robert Heinlein.

I love Dirk Gently. It took me a while to get into at first, because I was so used to the rapid-fire pace of the Guide books, but I did.

Last Chance to See is good, but it's about extinction, so it's not a cheery read. Funny, of course, but not cheery.

At the moment I'm reading Wild Cards 3, the super-heroes shared universe series edited by George R. R. Martin, which was recently relased in my country

Reading Stephen King's The Gunslinger right now and after aim to continue the Death part of Discworld with Reaper Man and then re read the Hobbit cause it has been a long time

The Fires of Heaven - the fifth book in the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan

It only took me three months, but I finally finished The Shadow Rising - the fourth book in the Wheel of Time series. Though, I admit one chapter a night and occasionally skipping a few nights wasn't very conductive to getting through it. I liked the book, but felt the story ended rather abruptly. I'm hoping the fifth book is better with more action.
