Since today is Halloween, and videogames is the only place I can celebrated, I'm looking for games with good Halloween themed content (or Halloween like content). Not looking for horror games.

Games like Borderlands DLC, The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned. Or the Halloween event in the original Guild Wars. What other games have great Halloween experiences for me to celebrate Halloween?

Thank you and happy Halloween.

Think I only encountered the pumpkin moon, and it was pretty awesome
Costume Quest
Trick or Treat sale could be a good place to start.

Someone asks this same question every year, (including me) but, sadly, there are very few, almost none, in fact. It's the same with movies. If you ask about movies or games that are Halloween themed you will inevitably just get a list of horror that has no connection with Halloween. This seems very strange to me. You would think Halloween would be great material for creepy movies and games, but all we have is unrelated gore. I recently saw a documentary about the movie Halloween and it mentioned that even though horror movies had been around for decades no had ever done a Halloween themed movie before they did the first Halloween movie. The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned that you mentioned is the best one that I can recall. I know some people will probably mention Costume Quest, but that isn't really the kind of thing that I was hoping it would be.
How bout this, it's got awesome reviews and it's free: Trick and Treat

Besides that, write Halloween into the steam search box, it has plenty of games there

Trick & Treat seems like a good suggestion, but typing Halloween into the Steam search box will just bring up a list of games that have very little to do with Halloween.
I'll second Costume Quest. It's Halloween themed but not a horror game. (It's worth noting that the game is rather short by RPG standards; also, it's a JRPG that was not developed in Japan (one of the costumes that you get is something that only US developers would be likely to include).)

Also, Cookie Clicker has a Halloween season. (The game was just recently updated, by the way.)

I will also suggest Costume Quest.

Also, Victor vran has some halloween themed missions if I remember correctly.
For the king added some Halloween stuff on the last update, and so did phantom doctrine.
Maybe I could mention a just released free game called Deltarune, which was made by the creator of Undertale, and could be considered a sequel to said game.

I don't know if it has any horror aspects, as I have not played it (though some say it might be a good idea to avoid spoilers for this game if you can).

(By the way, Undertale does have a couple major characters who are skeletons.)

(Also, toby fox's fist game is actually a Halloween hack of Earthbound, but I should warn you that, unlike his later works, that hack has a lot of foul language in it.)
Alien Incident.

It's not legally available though, so you must get a used CD or find some "other method" to obtain it.

Oh, yeah, that's definitely Pumpkin Moon! I think I've only lasted 3 waves, but I had a crap set-up.

You can spawn Pumpkin Moon any time, but yep, it's Halloween-themed. Wish the regular Halloween event lasted longer in the PC version, though. Didn't manage to harvest enough of the special drops this time round. :(
