Hi all,

In your experience, what is the normal turnaround for a first reply to a support ticket for issues with a game?

Right now it's going over a week, and I don't think that's a normal timeframe.
Hello,

Response time for my last few tickets was about 1 week. I can imagine due to the server problems, the system might be more overloaded than usual.

When it comes to technical issues, you're better off using PCGamingWiki, forums, Reddit, Discord, etc.
37 years to 14 seconds, depending on if you observe the tickets or not.

Probably more towards the former due to big major release.

We could try and help with your issue here.
Thanks for the offers to help, the issue is actually with an interim patch file missing on the download section - maybe related to the problems they had the past week with their storage. Not something we can fix by sharing knowledge.

I'm assuming since someone updated the game to the latest version, they might not look at this again by themselves.

Yes, it's probably related to the offline installer backlog.

No real harm in having a support ticket open to make sure. At worst they'll tell you it's a known issue that's being worked on.
Sorry for giving this a bump - are there members of staff moderating this forums?

I'm really impressed that GOG can not answer support tickets in two weeks.

Hypothetically, staff exist. There's someone logging in each morning in Poland and cleaning up the spam. But give it's the middle of summer, a major game released, and employee morale is at an all time low, I imagine most of them are taking their vacations to sort out themselves and decide if staying in the vicinity of CDPR is worth all the dog petting benefits.
