Goblin Slayer is pretty dope
I loved Naruto + Naruto Shippuden. Lots of filler unfortunately but there are just so many well developed characters, I have yet to see a show that did such a good job with characters, and showing them grow as people throughout the series.
It's also just plain old fun and silly sometimes, but its serious moments are super well done and can pull at the heart strings with the best of them.
Attack on Titan
I literally love the major in ghost in the shell S.A.C. The follow up did challenge in the terms of graphics but in the end made her gorgous
Dorohedoro. Worth watching for sure.
These are my cherry picked shows that I own, I always recommend these to people and a lot seem to like the vibe of them. Hope anyone here enjoys Comedy, slice of life, some romance and chillaxing shows like non non biyori or breakwater which is just protags just doing random everyday things. <3

Norodomo: Gleipnir
I'm also an anime enthusiast, I like hunter X the most, I searched on google and found the cinema hd apk application which contains a lot of interesting extra-story anime movies.
I dont watch much Anime, but I definitely gonna check out Cyberpunk Edgerunners. Ive no idea what to expect other than yourg girls who want to show boobs. Also girls who prefer to use long shirt than panties.

another cool one is Girls und Panzer

I mean i can say something again right, only named ghost in the shell S.A.C before ( which is a must see )

its been a while since i watched any

other favorites are Macross Frontier ( don't kill me ;) )

and the revamped Battleship Yamato ......

Legend of Galactic Heroes is a space opera worthy of my time i belief that tale deserves another shot at a remake, one advertised properly. I only watch like 5 episodes in a row on moe twist and forget about that little gem again, its already 1,5 years now since i started with watching, last time i belief i even donated for use of their awsome server that contains almost any title nicely subbed
I'm a bit conservative with animes.

I don't like it when they act too over the top (though they seem to have at least one character like that in every anime) or if its too gamey (ie, "I reached the next level" or "I just beat that guy and became stronger, the next guy will be even more tough and I'll get stronger to beat him") or when they have a bunch of teenagers playing at being adult (ie, "We are not ready to have sex, but we are totally ready to adopt a kid").

With that said, I mostly enjoyed:
- Psycho Pass (season 1 had a solid protagonist and villain and they phased out Akane in season 3, thank goodness for that)
- Attack on Titan (despite emoboy Eren, some of the supporting cast was solid, making him bearable)
- Steins;Gate (the main character was totally over the top, but somehow, it didn't bother me as much as in most animes, maybe because even he wasn't taking himself very seriously)
- Lady Oscar ("Rose of Versailles" in English I believe... a childhood treasure for me)
- Claymore (sort of slumped at the end, but still pretty good)
- Cowboy Bebop
- Samurai Champloo
- Fate/Zero (just don't expect faithfulness to the source material they borrow from and you'll be fine)
- Guardian of the Sacred Spirit
- Blood+

Watched some other animes to various degrees (I'm not shy about stopping midway if they give me too much of a facepalm moment) and these are the main ones I'd recommend.

if someone says conservative my background lets me think of Akira, Legend of the Overfiend, Fist of the Northstar, ninja scroll and Robotech and maybe that FF7 movie

Fair enough, difficult then maybe? It just feels this way to me, because I don't actually like most animes I see.

When people ask if I like animes after they realize I watched several, I can't say with a straight-face that I do. I like maybe 10%-20% of the animes I start watching.

Cowboy Bebop
Outlaw Star

Most by Hayao Miyazaki. Particularly:
Porco Rosso
Spirited Away
Kiki's Delivery Service
The Castle of Cagliostro
Ponyo
Howl's Moving Castle

And if you're in the mood for absolutely ridiculous amounts of fan service, I remember these two being quite charming in their own weird way:
Agent Aika
Najica Blitz Tactics

From Chris Beveridge's review, which got me to try Agent Aika:

There is a mode you must put your brain on before watching this show. The closest mode I've gotten to it in the past was with the Hollywood movie "Dumb and Dumber". There's some sort of plot in there, but that's not the reason you're watching it. Agent Aika's much the same way. Instead of idiot humor we're watching this for the sheer amount of fanservice.
---snip---
Suffice to say my wife stopped watching Aika after two episodes. She just couldn't take it whereas I was just getting more and more giddy as it went on.
