brutaltruth99: Then stop posting the trash with your accounts.
You need to stop speaking crazy and reply to the right posts bruh, fr fr
Speaking of something that might have been undeserved for a team, has anyone played "Visions Of Mana"? If so how was it?

Is that from the mana series of jrpgs? If so, gonna have to look into it myself.

Yeah they disbanded the team right after it released.

brutaltruth99: "Where were you on September the 3rd? Where were you when you first heard the news "Concord has fallen"?"

I can't even. This is so silly.

This is probably the most hilarious video of this year. This poor soul there means it really serious and there are more poor souls who actually agree with this nonsense.

timppu: Odd. I was 68% sure that guy in the video was joking, sarcastic, making fun of... something. I guess people who take games too seriously or something?

IF he was indeed serious, then I have no idea what his point was. Lots of pompous words "Remember this day, today we made history, together we made it, now the fascistic corporations can't call us gamers talentless freaks anymore..."

What?!? What is he on about? I don't recall any developer calling me, a gamer, a "talentless freak" (isn't that what we gamers might call the developers?), and I still don't quite understand what makes this incident so remarkable, another failed online game that the gamers didn't feel like buying? Hence, I am still pretty sure that guy was just making some kind of dumb sarcastic joke.

Even more puzzling is that like it seems many others in this thread, I hadn't even heard about this game before this news about its cancellation. Then again I admit I don't really follow the development of forthcoming games, except in very rare cases (e.g. I did follow the development of the System Shock remake, and occasionally I've taken a note of the status if Star Citizen, even though I am not going to buy and play it, but you never know. I did try it out shortly when it was free to test.

Noishkel: If nothing else; watching all these games 'journalist' screech about concord is funny AF to me. It's almost as if they're just weird propagandist and not gamers.
avatar
timppu: Where is this happening? (Not a rebuttal, I just haven't seen (nor sought) such articles, just want to read some if there indeed are such.)
Oh they're around. Concord received a lot of possible press and now getting a lot of salty articles about how it shut down. But said, the loudest noise is just people on social media complains that no one (statically speaking) played it

idbeholdME: This is like watching a car crash in slow motion, maybe even better. Hopefully, the industry keeps providing :P
Such comedy is part of what makes my mornings special. A bright spot to start my day :)
(p.s. I heard someone was looking for alts???)
(snipped - discussion hijacked by political activists. The war propaganda rhetoric is a new low. Will write to gog support like they asked me to. Expect their swift reaction in October or so)

In the beginning, computer users were a very small niche of people. Computer game players were a small niche within that small niche. People who liked to play computer games made games for other people who liked to play computer games.
Now, Corporations pay kids with college degrees in game developement to make games for the masses.
There's a difference.

Now, now...stop being such a negative Nancy...it will only take about two weeks for them to react. ;)
"I don't like this thread, therefore I'm going to de-rail it and get it shut down, through making personal attacks that have nothing to do with the topic being discussed."

Classic Foad behavior, if ever I saw it. The funny part is, he seems to think it's not blindingly obvious to everyone else. Toxic user gets kicked/banned/whatever, new user suddenly springs up who behaves in exactly the same way. Dur, I guess it must just be a coincidence then...

foa.... I mean brutaltruth99 seems to have named themselves the resident alt account witch hunter. So direct all suggestions there I guess :P
high rated
Sexy characters couldn't save this game because it's a arena hero shooter in an already oversaturated market:

- Non-F2P
- Live service
- Poor gameplay for the 8 year dev time
- Lacked any novelties to separate it from the mature competition
- No marketing budget

I wouldn't eat rotten food even if it had fresh herbs and a lemon squeezed over it. Who asked for this?

People trying to track down alts - I recommend Schlösser, or Hannen.

Fabled modern audiences, or so I've heard.
