Deals up to 80% off, GOG-premieres, and new bundles every six hours

UPDATE: The city gates have been closed and all districts have grown silent. Thank you for making Bundleopolis great, citizens, and enjoy your amazing souvenirs!

Come on, come all! Walk the streets of GOG.com and take in the sights as we build a Bundleopolis of 20+ bundles from the ground up. Join us in a week-long tour where new landmarks, shaped as irresistible bundles, are going to be revealed every six hours with some of them containing fresh GOG-premieres.

Attend the opening ceremony and visit these locations for the first of many bundles:

- Academy of LucasArts, including classics like The Dig, Monkey Island SE 1 & 2 and Outlaws for up to 75% off.
- Bit.Trip Street, a complete collection of the rhythmic series making its GOG.com debut for up to 87% off.
- Nightmare Avenue, build your own bundle from a scary selection of games like Amnesia, Outlast, and The Last Door for up to 80% off.

Keep coming back to the expanding Bundleopolis Sale to discover new sights and new releases, or exercise your rights as a citizen with build-your-own bundles. If you live here long enough, you might even get to learn its dark secret, which will be revealed just before the city lights go out.
Want to keep some mementos from your visit to Bundleopolis or send out some postcards? Head this way for some breathtaking wallpapers.

The Bundleopolis Sale will end Sunday, May 1st, at 9:59 PM UTC.

yyahoo: IMHO, this is a million times better than Insomnia (I guess, in truth, it is actually the complete opposite of insomnia in nearly every way). Muchas gracias, GOG!!
+1

thank you gog for valuing our sleep this time. :-P

llamas: I have all the LucasArts games, obviously. I wonder what other premieres we will get this week. Judging from SCPM's list it seems like a good bet that we might get Oblivion and Fallout: New Vegas this week. But I'm hoping for some more Sierra or LucasArts adventure games.
new sierra/lucasarts would be a more-or-less instabuy for me, dependent on what they were.

Maxvorstadt: Releases in the Sale? You mean, Sneak Releases like in the Insomnia Sale?
that was one of the things i liked the least about that sale. [among other things.] - those indies, in particular, could have used the promotion. but nope.

i happened to be around to discover jotun being released, and i'm glad it's here, but if i hadn't happened along at the time it came up in insomnia, i never would have known.

Looking forward to the bundles that will be offered. Always ready for a sale :)
Bundles are too expensive for me and I hate the sales format. Pass.

As much as I love the Insomnia Promo concept, I'm very glad these will stay for the whole duration of the sale.

Nice bundles today, tempted to complete the LucasArts one. Think I'll wait to see what else the next days will bring before making a decision.
I am absolutely thrilled by this! I love the bundle promo format, and having a new bundle added every 6 hours is going to be a lot of fun. And wow, what a way to start things off! An entire game series added in an 87% off bundle, and a hugely requested game has finally made its way here today as well. All that plus the promise of more premieres throughout the sale means there's a lot to be excited about right now. Thanks, GOG!
It will be a smart move from GOG to make their games available in budle stores like Steam.

Every 6 hours?
I hadn't noticed.

I wonder how they'll keep it up until Sunday. :P

oblivion + new vegas bundle would be really cool.
Braid plus The Witness would be interesting. And Oblivion plus Skyrim...
"If you live here long enough, you might even get to learn its dark secret, which will be revealed just before the city lights go out."

any clue what that means?

JMich: So, the question that I haven't seen asked or answered yet, will the early bundles disappear as the sale goes on, or will I be able to grab everything I'm interested in on the final day?
most probably you'll be able to get everything on final day.

About an hour late, but thank you nonetheless.
The Last Door is awesome. (Actually, the whole horror bundle is solid.)

I guess I'll pick it up later this week.
