mrkgnao: I only have 1602, but tried just now and download via browser worked fine.

IronArcturus: So why isn't it working for me? I'm using the Firefox browser and every time I try to download it, it says download failed. But other GOG games can download fine. Is there no way to fix this?
Try refresh: https://www.gog.com/user/refresh

Marioface5: Have you tried refreshing your account to see if that helps?
Yeah, I did an account refresh but that didn't fix anything.

Sounds like a support question. Of course in the interim between replies, the problem may sort itself out. It could also be a GoG server problem from the number of folks downloading the files.

Did you buy it now or have it from before?

From before (gift from IAmSinistar).
But according to MaGog the game files haven't changed since launch (July 29).
What are the odds of Spiderweb's games going into one of these daily bundles? Were they ever on sale here before? Just recently discovered the first Avernum, eftp, and am having a blast with it.
Does Firefox have any kind of a log that shows more info about the "failed" download message?

It's been bundled for almost every sale that has had bundles before. Don't get your hopes up too high, because we are also seeing a lot of stuff that has not been bundled before, like the Y's games.

I expected as such, but I don't think it's a general problem with the downloads, but a specific one to IronArcturus' case. I had this happen to me once on a different site and I was able to get by for a while by using a different browser. I suspect that something went wrong in the assignment of downloads to IronArcturus and would happen to any other games as well if he bought them alongside the Anno series.

Aside from the Avernum remakes, I remember them all being in a bundle together at some point not too long ago.

But why do the other GOG games download ok? It doesn't make any sense that it's just the Anno series that's giving me the error messages, unless the files were corrupted on GOG's side.

Aside from the Avernum remakes, there is only one game you can buy: "Avernum: The Complete Saga".

Have you tried using a different browser? That might bypass the problem.

IronArcturus: Has anyone tried downloading the Anno games recently? I just bought the "Classic Anno Series" on GOG and so far every download has failed. I tried an account refresh and tried redownloading the games and nothing is working. :(
I've just bought Anno 1602 now (already have the other 2), and download was successful (Firefox).

I think that you weren't correctly assigned to the downloads of the games and I have a sneaking suspicion that if you bought other games alongside the Anno series, then you'd also have troubles with them, too.
